UKCP psychotherapist in training
I see psychotherapy as a partnership where we will work together collaboratively to inquire into what is happening in your life. We will take a compassionate and mindful stance and work toward finding new insights into your life, where the possibility of change can emerge.
mindfulness based core process
We will work together to form a deeper understanding of your inner world, make discoveries, and gain insights at a pace that feels safe for you. I can support you with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sadness, stress, PTSD, addiction recovery, abuse and grief.
I offer medium- and long-term ongoing therapy in person (observing social distancing guidelines). Online therapy is also available via zoom.
We will meet on a weekly basis at an agreed day and time.
Our sessions will be one hour, my standard charge is £42
The introductory session will be 50 minutes; this is free of charge
